Are there any price reductions for photographers with large orders?
Yes. We are happy to announce that we will be granting all orders of $1,000 or more a 5% reduction and all orders of $2,000 or more a 10% reduction.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We will have your order to you within two days, depending on stock and your location. If your order is not currently in stock, we will get it to you within 1 business week.

Who pays for shipping?
Turning Leaf Album Company understands the need to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we will cover the shipping costs for orders of $200.00 or more. Customers in Ontario and Quebec will receive next day shipping service, all other shipping will be shipped with regular service. All customers will be given the option to change their shipping options.

What are your payment terms?
We accept Visa or MasterCard, and Interac.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order.

As a Canadian distributor of albums, do you carry any other albums besides Verka?
Currently we only distribute Verka albums.

What do I do if my order is damaged?
If it is a manufacturers defect, please send it back and we will replace it at no additional charge to you.

Are the pages in the albums acid free?
Yes, the pages in the albums are acid free.

Are there workshops on how to assemble the albums?
Workshops will be held to demonstrate the assembly of albums dependant upon interest. If you would prefer a demonstration or presentation in your studio, please call to set up
an appointment.
